Software as a Service (SaaS)
Providing remote access to applications across the Internet. Applications and data are managed and supported by Sytec, typically this can include Microsoft Office or just Outlook, plus Anti-Virus and other security software.
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
Providing remote access to virtual servers and storage systems, email and website hosting, DNS and related services.
Hardware as a Service (HaaS)
Providing long term and short term loan equipment, owned, managed and supported by Sytec. This can include the provision and management of Internet access, WiFi points, firewalls, servers, UPS.
Sytec takes responsibility for each 'cloud' component and we also provide direct support so when a change is needed or if there is a problem, we are available to assist.
